career enhancement

When our servicemen and women enlist, they often do not have a proper career counseling and mentorship that they need to succeed in the beginning of their service.  Most military career advisers often focus on non-commissioned officers (NCOs) and senior non-commissioned officers, usually because they don't have enough personnel to assist everyone. Their direct bosses or mentors are mainly junior enlisted advisers. They occasionally get good counsel, and sometimes they don't.

This problem affects more than just service members; many of our first-responders do not receive the representation and job information they require to thrive. We feel that our country's heroes deserve more. Even before a hero accepts a contract to join their desired organization, recruiters do everything they can to convince their customers to sign up for specializations that lack a proper career path. Our military and first responder applicants are willing to put their lives on the line, and they deserve to make the best decision for themselves and their families. We're here to help our heroes get through this stage as well. Finally, transferring from active military to civilian life can be difficult. It might be tough to transition from a professionally trained fighter to a civilian job. However, with our highly qualified team, we are ready to help.

The Career Enhancement Program includes:

  • Assessment: exploring skills and interests to optimize success within your career
  • Exploration: networking to create meaningful professional connections
  • Preparation: resume development, interviewing skills, handshake, and communication skills
  • Decision-Making: analyze job offers and companies
  • Continued career development: communication within the workplace, boundaries/roles, problem-solving and conflict resolution, cultural development, time management, creativity, listening skills
  • Developing your social media fingerprint

As a client, you will have the opportunity to take part in our extensive Leadership Development Course that will discuss everything you need to not only grow in your prospective field as a leader but learn how to cultivate your team and command respect.
