 Ms. Coreena Conley serves as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eco Synergy Solutions Global, LLC . With an illustrious career spanning over three decades in executive management, She has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen across a multitude of sectors, including fiscal management, business administration, economic development, workforce and community development, banking, lending, real estate, government, healthcare, and academia. Her professional expertise encompasses profit and non-profit organizations, underscoring her versatility and comprehensive understanding of complex business environments. She has successfully owned and operated enterprises in the construction, agriculture, real estate, and finance industries. 

As a distinguished professional speaker and trainer, she specializes in leadership, global development, finance, audit, marketing and regulatory compliance. Her extensive knowledge includes public relations, taxation law, advocacy, operational infrastructure design and implementation, analytical and strategic planning, human relations, acquisitions, mergers, contract negotiations, government and prime contracting, financial and risk management, audit and compliance regulations, grant writing, policy development and implementation, and legislative and judicial affairs. She holds a MBA with a minor in Economic Development and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Financial Management.
