COMMANDER (RET.) SCOTT PALUMBO

 Scott Palumbo is a senior operations executive, published author, and former U.S. Navy Commander with a track record of transforming complex organizations. He has led large-scale teams in both private equity and Fortune 50 environments, including Amazon, where he oversaw a $2B+ fulfillment network and more than 20,000 employees. A combat-decorated veteran with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Scott brings mission-driven leadership to every role.

He most recently served as CEO of a 40-year-old catering company, providing daily meal service for more than 5,000 underserved schoolchildren. He is also the founder of Snowflake Farms RI, a sustainable agriculture project focused on specialty produce and low-waste supply chains.

Scott holds an MBA from Boston University, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College, and a B.S. from Northeastern University. He is the author of the supernatural thriller The Serendipity Principle and lives in Rhode Island with his wife, two children, a 185-pound Bullmastiff and a King Cavalier Spaniel.
